The resultant work provides a seamless connection between existing and new, and is a testament to not only the detailing skill of the architect, but also the craftsmanship of the builder.
The building sited on over 2,500 square metres of site area, satisfied the internal spacial requirements of the brief, and yet maintained more than adequate site area for additional facilities, including a formal garden, swimming pool a cabana house and a substantial vegetable patch.
