The brief called for two substantial homes of the highest quality on a wide existing site in a well established area in Adelaide’s premier seaside suburb.
The result built form satisfied the brief both in scale, visual integration with the existing building stock in the area, and provided a high amenity for the occupants with a formal exterior design that fully integrated with the internal living areas.
The facade features “borrow†from the street vernacular whilst at the same time providing a modern and uncluttered feel to the buildings.
