Our proposal provides for a Ground + 3 floors development (4 Storey) with a total of 24 x 2-bedroom apartments. The carpark is partially undercroft to take into account the fall of the land, and vehicular flow into and out of the site, is essentially, in to the site only from Churchill Road and exit from the site only onto Prospect road.
Slimline Cemintel (Slate look), Timber battens and Woodgrain cladding as well as Urban Cemintel (raw cement look) with perforation holes are proposed to give the building a natural, and raw look.
